My love for caramel corn started in my youth in Syracuse, NY. My older sister Shirley and I would go downtown shopping or to the movies. The smell of fresh caramel corn would always lure us as we walked in the vicinity of the local caramel corn shop.

We pride ourselves in our continued efforts to supply our customers with products that are still made from scratch the old fashioned way. We believe there is a bit of nostalgia that is lost and cannot be replaced when substituting Grandma's or Mom's old recipe with a short-cut.

So here I am today, producing Carmel Corn for a living! The only thing missing is the smell. OOOH if I could only package the aroma.
